Infrared Sauna & Ice Bath Hire Terms and Conditions
1. Hire Period
The standard hire period is a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Extensions must be requested before the end of the hire period and are subject to availability.
2. Payment
Full payment is required in advance prior to delivery and installation.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation, delayed delivery, or collection of equipment.
3. Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation are included where agreed.
The equipment must remain at the original delivery address and must not be moved, relocated, or modified without
written permission.
The customer must ensure:
• Safe and level surface
• Suitable access for delivery
• Appropriate electrical supply (if required)
4. Use of Equipment
The Infrared Sauna and Ice Bath are for private, non-commercial use only.
Sub-letting, resale, or misuse is prohibited.
All safety instructions must be followed.
5. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Use of the equipment is entirely at the user’s own risk.
The sauna and ice bath may not be suitable for:
• People with heart conditions
• Pregnant women
• Those with serious medical issues
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Users should consult a medical professional before use if unsure.

6. Customer Responsibility
From the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for:
• Safe keeping of equipment
• Preventing damage, theft, or misuse
• Keeping the unit clean and well maintained
7. Damage, Loss, or Theft
Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the customer.
Loss, theft, or severe damage may result in full replacement cost being charged.
8. Maintenance & Fault Reporting
Any faults must be reported immediately.
Customers must not attempt repairs or modifications.
We will arrange repair or replacement if required.
9. Delays & Access Issues
If delivery or collection is delayed due to customer absence, poor access, or unsafe conditions, additional charges may apply.
10. End of Hire
At the end of the hire period, customers may:
• Extend the hire
• Arrange collection
• Request purchase (if available)
Equipment must be returned in good condition (fair wear accepted).
11. Cancellation Policy
Payments are non-refundable once delivery is scheduled.
Rescheduling may be allowed with 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
SouthwestSaunaHire.com is not liable for:
• Personal injury or health complications
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Misuse of equipment
13. Acceptance
By hiring the equipment, the customer confirms they:
• Accept these Terms & Conditions
• Use the equipment at their own risk
• Accept financial responsibility for damage or loss
